Any successful business is hinged on the dedicated efforts of the team behind the scenes and JPLP is no exception. Our complimentary team is led by the Practice Manager, Tafadzwa Makavanga, who is a founding member of JPLP with considerable experience in administration, accounting, budgetary control and tax compliance. 

Tafadzwa has single-handedly and successfully established and overseen the growing of the Accounting and Administration departments of the firm. She supervises the internal support team which includes personnel in Accounts, Marketing, IT, Admin, Clerical and Maintenance as well as our external service providers. 

She is credited with sharp business acumen and is conversant with the administrative issues and process of running a legal practice.
